Shipments and returns

SHIPPING

All our products are manufactured in our workshop in Barcelona by order of receipt of orders.

We do not have stock of products and the manufacturing period is 3-4 business days from receipt of the order, with the exception of world maps that can take 7-8 business days.

After manufacturing, the order is sent by shipping company TYPSA (peninsula and the Balearic Islands), CORREOS (Canary Islands), Europe CE (GLS) and it take  1-2 days in the peninsula (SPAIN), 2-3 days Portugal, 4-5 days Balearic Islands (SPAIN), 5-6 days Canary Islands (SPAIN), 5-6 days Europe CE

Shipments are free in the peninsula (SPAIN) for orders +25€

Shipping to Canary Islands -  19,85 €

Shipping to Balearic Islands -  8,95 €

Shipping to Portugal - 4,95 €

Shipping Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic) -  16.95 €

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order to make any change or refund

Returns are free and have no shipping costs in the peninsula

Outside the peninsula, the shipping costs for returns are the same as those for shipments

Important: "Custom orders cannot be returned"

To process a return, as long as it is within the deadline and is not a personalized product, you can do it on the web, for this:

• You must access with your username and password to the section "Order history",
• Click on "details" to select the order you want to return.
• This will generate an RMA that will be analyzed and answered as soon as possible.

For us it is important to know the reason for the return to improve the shopping experience of our items

Once we have received the item, it will be examined and it will be reimbursed or exchanged for another product if desired
